if my husband suggested this to me, i would probably assume that he was either "experiencing another lover" himself, or wanting to, and attempting to relieve himself of the guilt by suggesting that i do it also. if she says she is satisfied, then she is. maybe you should think about talking to someone about your insecurities. maybe a professional.

Based on you comments at http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/3340822 , I think Angelness (and your wife, btw) are right. If she's satisfied with what you've brought to the table, you should be happy. If you want her to experience more, I suggest you check out sites like Adam and Eve Toys - http://www.adamevetoys.com/ for items that will do what you can't. You can still be involved, instead of simply watching, and you can BOTH enjoy them. Look them over with her. BOTH of you might be surprised! ;-)
