What is the Texas Visitation Laws regarding which parent gets Spring Break Visitation for the week school is out?

Do you currently have a court order? I don't believe there is a law saying one parent should have it over the other. It really depends on your situation etc. I live in Minnesota so I don't know Texas statutes but in my husbands court order my stepdaughters mom does not get any time during Spring break or Christmas break and they rotate every other holiday and she gets her every other weekend and two weeks during the summer. It is very common where the parents rotate spring break so on even years dad has the kid(s) and on odd years mom has the kid(s).
