  • Okay Rocker Girl, You want to lose 5kg? This is how: Breakfast: Porridge, skmim milk, sugar substiture and cinnamon. Snack: Apple or orange. Lunch: Whole grain bread with salad (no margarine or butter). Snack: Handful of almonds. Dinner: Salad or veges with tinned/steamed fish - salmon is really good. Snack: Glass of skim milk DRINK LOTS OF WATER If you stick to this and mix and match I promise you will lose 5kg in one month. i know it is boring but it is healthy and you will have energy. Surprise yourself - DO IT! Good luck lol
  • Don't drink anything but diet soda and water. Water is best tho, and alot of it! Also, lay off pasta, breads, and chips if you eat those things currently. More meat, veggies, and fruit. Good luck!
  • Food is not the only problem - it's your inactivity!! Swim a few laps at your local pool or skip with your friends at your garden.
  • n ya wit dis even do exersize thn u wil loose upto 8 to 10 kilos or more but i promise u wil loose more n come in proper shape cuz dieting is not all with exersize u get the rite ideal shape so GOOD LUCK ~~

  • Find an exercise (sport) that you enjoy and do it vigorously. You automatically generate the motivation to refrain from "bad" foods (at least in that period). I am in the same position now after 2 months of illness, except 10 kilos...lol (but two months) good luck.
  • Swapping meals for soup is a fast way to lose weight but may be a bit controversal.

  • DON"T TAKE DIET COKE!!! THAT HAS FRUCTOSE! It will be even harder for u to lose trans fat.
  • well drink , lime juice...with...honey...everyday you will feel lots if pain but that made me go down by two kilo in 1wk sure you have to do 100 situps and 100 push ups i am also obeese , so now i am trying to bring my weight down from 79 to 74n hopefully i do it b4 x'mas
