It looks like you got your answer, the question you might want to ask yourself is, why does he want to move back, is it to not work and be lazy, or did he get laid off, and only want temporary help? The hugest question is, will he try his best to get a job, and find another place, or try to stay there for a year or two? Good luck parents! My oldest daughter just moved back in, but the reasons were so good, there was nothing I could say. Both of her roomates lost thier job, and she wanted to get out of the lease, and come home and find another place, before her credit was ruined by her roomates! Smart girl!!
