Whats a good diet for the summer?, im looking to loose ten pounds, how can i change my matabolism?

    diets are pretty useless if you want to change your metabolism in a positive way, they confuse your body and make it think there is a famine so you will start storing fat.

    Exercise really is the best way along with a HEALTHY diet not a fad diet, make sure you get all your vitamins and minerals and enough calories to give you enough energy to get you through the day, again if you restrict your calorie intake too much you body thinks there's a famine and starts storing fat.

    as you exercise and become more active you will notice that you can less about what you eat as it just gets burnt off.

    I'm on the Sonoma diet. I like it a lot and you lose weight fast the first 2 weeks.
