Punctuation has nothing to do with content, meaning or purposeful communication..it is superficial. So in one's haste to make a point, perhaps a question mark is overlooked. It bothers me not! :)

Personally, I wouldn't, but I often wonder about the people who make a statement or ask half a question and press the send button... ;-)

Meh, doesn't matter. Usually I know what they are talking about question mark or not, so it doesn't really bug me.

I'm use to Yahoo's questions and answers. They always put it in there for you.
