Put hot soapy water in it, and let it soak overnight.
Place a kitchen towel in the pan & soak with Ammonia, don't let dry. Use a Stainless Steel Scrubber & repeat as needed. John
Ajax works wonders on pots.
Unless it has a non-stick coating, I use Easy-Off oven cleaner. Works great and no scrubbing. It's the exact same stuff that messes up your oven, so why not!
cut your losses and throw them
Soak in hot soapy water, then Brillo pad them. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry (do not let air dry).
