Yeah. You can't even serve it if you're underage.

In the U.S, yes its illegal. But in other countries, like France, no.

Yes...man why does everyone want to get into this crap? Just don't do it. You'll wind up in places you don't want to be, not to mention outsourcing all of this stuff, creating side markets and such.
