I don't like most of one bands' songs but if I had to choose I would choose what other people might think. The answer would be Led Zeppelin because I think it is pretty cool that they are so popular!! I have asked everyone I know if they know who Led Zeppelin is and everyone knew!! They are still very popular. Even this kid knows the members!

Oh god, you're going to make me pick one? Lets see, there's... -Harvey Danger. -Sonic Youth. -The Stones. & Cracker, those are my main canidates for favourite band, but if I had to pick one, The Rolling Stones. (I would have said Neil Young, but I don't realy think he's a band.)

Third Eye Blind Jumper (best song of the 90's hands down) Semi-Charmed Life (amazing) How's It going to be (even more amazing) Graduate(ahh orgasmic) Deep Inside of you(nice lyrics and vocals) they have unique vocals. However, Oasis certainly rivals them.

I have many "favorites". I like Rush, Guns N' Roses, Styx, the Romantics, the Ramones, Steve Miller Band, Van Halen, some Def Leppard, the Clash... For more modern bands, I like Goldfinger, Queens of the Stoneage...and that's basically it.

Call 'em rock, hard rock, metal, whatever, doesn't matter, I worship Metallica. I know, everybody who has anything negative to say about them like to use Napster, or sell out, yeah they cut their hair, yeah their style changed a little, yeah they'll never live up to Justice, Master, and Sandman. But that's like an impossible standard, hey they peaked, attained perfection, took a break, came back 5 years later and you expect their music to be exactly the same, you expect them to outdo their peaked perfection? By the way....I love St. Anger the dvd was pretty kick ass. I think like maybe 2 people out a million that I talked to actually claimed to like St. Anger, well I went to Summer Sanitarium '02 AND Madly In Anger With You tour, sell outs? Yes, sold out both times.

In the 1970's it was Yes, Led Zeppelin, The Who and Pink Floyd. In the 1980's it was Queensryche, Judas Priest, AC/DC and Iron Maiden. Since then, I don't have any favorites. I like at least 100 bands now.

LOL! The Beatles are my favourite band (really!). They broke up because John had had enough (and George too, actually). He wanted to get out of it and move on. He was feeling increasingly boxed in by the madness of it all. Yoko just happened to come along at the same time. It would have happened anyway.

My favorite band is the Beatles. They broke up due to fact that people change. They were all going in different directions and couldn't work together under those conditions. But hey, that's ok..they all went on to great some interesting stuff afterwards.

Favorite band: Pink Floyd. The Beatles broke up because their manager Brian Epstein (who had been keeping all the egos under control) died in 1967 and in the 2 years that followed, John and Paul became more self-concerned.

My favourite band is R.E.M. And as far as I know, the Beatles broke up because of myriad personal and artistic differences. Many people simply attribute the breakup of the Beatles to Yoko Ono meddling and turning John all "Freaky", and Yoko's influence did, in truth, do a fair bit to exacerbate the factors leading to their breakup, but I for one think their breakup was, all things considered, inevitable, and John's getting together with Yoko was mostly just a manifestion of some of the differences developing between the band members, not the principle cause.
