What's the best way to get the smell of urine out of a mattress?

Nasty but you should wet the urinated stop with a lot of water with detergant and use a brush so it gets really soapy and sinks in. dont dry the stop let it sink into the mattress and get the smell out. or better then detergant use bleech.

There are products available at a pet store that use enzimes to break up urine and eliminate the smell. I use one called Natures Miracle. It is for pet urine but I think it would work on human urine as well. Just get a bottle (about 8 USD per quart) and follow the directions.
