Help answer this question below.

I'm Bi Polar and have rapid cycling of my moods. I don't feel myself and don't want to be bothered by ANYONE..Is there anything I can do to speed the process up of getting better. how long does Bi polar rapid cycling usually last? Months years..

    Rapid cycling means that you experience manic and drepressive phases at least 4 times/year. I feel very bad for you. That must be hell.

    Really, a doctor is the best person to answer your question. Be honest and open with your doctor and take the medication you get.

    I to am a rapid cycler, but to be able to answer your question I have a few quesions...What cycle are you in? What part do you want to speed up? Is it just your mood you want to change, and if it is what mood are you in? I have found some things that work for me, but I need to know where you are. Oh, and are you on med's? Just curious.
