Though I don't know the particular poster you are talking about here, my general opinion on this topic is that there has been excessive photoshopping of everyone in every single opportunity, trying to create the artificially 'perfect' look. I'm tired of it and I think that imperfections shouldn't be treated with such disdain. Especially moles, which you don't really get to control.
Why does it matter?
Is there an easy way to back up all the Adobe product preferences (ie: Photoshop, Flash, InDesign, etc)?
