Probably not. The odometer disclosure statement that is part of a dealer's sale is part of the record pertaining to the value of your car. You may just want to go back to the dealer and explain that there was a mistake or whatever. Probably not a huge deal, but I would definitely look into it and see what can be done to rectify the situation.

no, it's fraudulent and if you paid a higher price for the vehicle due to it's low mileage, then you need to return to the dealership, armed with all paperwork and sort it out.

Was it intentional or a misprint? Go back and have it changed. It is neither legal or illegal until intent is established.
