you have to do it manually. itunes is designed so that you buy music online not get it for free so they make it as awkward as possible in the hope that youll just give up and buy it off them instead. theoretically you could write a batcht file that uses a command line MP3 encoed to make sure it is in the right format then copies it to your itunes folder. this would be a royal pain in the ass and also you would still need to get itunes to update your library as it probably wont detect the new tracks until you do.
