Difficult subject but need to know: I’ve a neighbour with learning difficulties, has pet rabbits and sexually stimulates them, by fingering their ‘private’ parts. Is he breaking UK bestiality law? Should he be stopped / busted?

I do not think this is something one would need to bring to police attention, the man in question is not harming society with his actions and there are countless better things the police could and indeed should be spending their time on. From a legal perspective, I doubt a case could be taken against the man, and again, I would question the value of one being taken given that as with the police, the judicial system is already overloaded with matters assuredly much more important than a man acting a bit weird with his rabbits.

That is very disturbing. Please tell the authorities. They will know whether it's against the law or not.
