First, let's start with the name, Jack Sparrow. That just sounds cool. Second, he always gets some "booty." Third, he's the cap'n of the fastest ship in the sea, the Black Pearl. Very cool. Finally (and sometimes related to the third reason), he always has wind blowing in his hair. That could explain how he stays cool.
