How do I make a curvy line in Adobe Photoshop? I've tried everything I can think of to no avail. I want to make a curvy line like curly hair, air currents, etc.

A better program is Paint Shop Pro. It's free download. Google psp312-32.zip

It sounds like you are not very familiar with Photoshop. There is the pencil tool, brush tool and airbrush tool. You can also create lines and modify as vector art if you have a more recent version of PS. Experiment with the program. Become familiar with it.
