i bet its time for a rebuild. i think your counter bore is washed form poor coolant maintenance and has weeped a pinhole into a cylinder sleeve. right now your getting oil in water but very soon you will water into oil then things can get very ugly. do you have more than the usall amount of (smoke) thru your crank breather tube. If so its more steam than smoke. check the top of your dipstick for a little rust. if you do your steaming your crank and next you will either have bubbles on the oil on your dipstick or your oil will appear milky. If it already appears milky no more driving ...REBUILD
if youre getting oil in the cooling system your best bet is an internal leak in the oil cooler.the only other thing i know it may be a bad head gasket.what type of engine is it?
