  • The idea is to exchange information and hopefully have some fun. Points should not be the main concern for being here.
  • There are many people who don't care about points. I answer to hopefully help someone or make them laugh, even at a later date when somebody Googles the question and up come all these replies. And I don't ask questions unless I really want to read the responses. So I guess it depends on your motives. I wish that people who asked did go back and read them, comment, give points, something. But we can't force them. And in the end, most people really do read them and get something out of it and that is all I care about. I know I've answered a boatload of questions here but I've also got over 6,000 questions that have no points out of almost 30,000. SO what? Th majority do have points and I know that many people have read them and that makes me happy.
  • To some your thoughtful answer, and time isn't worth a comment let alone points...Although some people feel it's okay...Sweet T, taught be better than that.. http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/613126 But I understand your frustration Sweetheart. (((((((((((((Hugs)))))))))))))))))
  • I think we should all be trying to answer questions to help each other out, not to rack up points.
  • It does seem totally weird-Ive thought highly of many of my answers that get zip.I'm not sweating the points-it's just odd...
  • Or do what they do: answer the question but don't rate them. What's good for the goose is good for the gander
  • i agree - lets form a coup. Nada - that's as in Nayder my name not nada as in nothing.
  • So rude!
  • But are u here for the points or to help that person? i can see what u mean though, if u well thought out an answer you should get points. I really dunno what to say, sorry.
  • Most people thank others. Well, it depends on the answer, but they SHOULD get a point for answering unless the answer is offensive.
  • Don't be so wrapped up in points....how selfish. Make sure you are helping people. Just my thoughts.
