Inhibitions and lack of focus. Usually they are not letting themselves relax, it feels good but they are not focused for some reason. Many times that reason is either inhibitions or they are used to their own touch too much. Many times the man does not get her aroused enough, most women take a long time. There are a lot of reasons and each person has their own, but many times it's just the man not having enough foreplay and giving her time to get completely relaxed and aroused. Some women need clitoral stimulation for orgasm and don't get that with intercourse. That's why I always tried to do both at the same time, it can be done many ways. And I almost always do a lot of foreplay. Fore instance during missionary position sex it's part of the technique to grind into the woman with each stroke, that should stimulate her clitoris also depending on her anatomy.

I actually have an answer and a question. I was going to ask why I can only orgasm while masturbating or if I am doing "girl on top"... quite frustrating, but have done this to myself by masturbating the same way for numerous years. I have never masturbated by fingering myself, or touching myself, yet ONLY by applying pressure, like riding something; even coming 5 times in a row. Hense why I can only orgasm by being ontop. VERY FRUSTRATING, for have never gone any other way. My current bf is great with foreplay, but I have spoiled myself and has been haunting me through numerous partners. Can ya help me out?
