Iz's version of Over the Rainbow.
Clocks by Coldplay.
"Nutshell" by Alice in Chains, also probably the saddest

.
This is one of my favourites ever. Love the tune, the lyrics and the intepretation. It's by an Italian singer/songwriter called Lucio Battisti, who passed some years ago.
I'm actually quite serious when I say The Last Day on Earth by Marilyn Manson. Believe it or not ;)
Another beautiful "song" is Is There Anybody Out There by Pink Floyd, but it's so short it can hardly be considered a song (the guitar part is just soooo beautiful in my oppinion (it's the second song in the vid, it was the best I could find)
finally there's Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd. The first part of the song isn't too awesome, but the guitar solo is just... orgasmic
(comfortably numb, couldn't find a good youtube vid) http://www.radioblogclub.com/open/100626/comfortably_numb/Pink_Floyd_-_Comfortably_Numb
Winter by Joshua Radin
This is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard.
Sarah Brightman "Nella Fantasia"
The soprano duet in the opera Lakme Sous Le Dome Epais
Don't Take the Girl by Tim McGraw
Cancer by My Chemical Romance
Mostly anything by Leonard Cohen but this one in particular - The Stranger Song.
This can do. Enjoy.
Imagine - has the most beautiful words
Absolutely loads come to mind but I love this one.
Kate Melua- Closest thing to crazy.
She's beautiful as well by the way.
Tough question! There are a few though.
This has gotta be right up there - Flame Trees by Sarah Blasko (Cold Chisel cover)
And
Jack Savoretti - Dreamers
Nacho Sotomayor - Eternal
Real Name: Ignacio Sotomayor Román.
Nacho Sotomayor was born in Villanueva del Arzobispo (Jaén, Spain) in 1966. During two decades he combined the experimentation in the area of digital computing and electronic musical treatments with his studies of Philosophy and Arts.
The Rose Bette Middler
This one
I have a few.
Angel
At Last
Unchained Melody
"Lady"
Well, everyone else is embedding videos, so here's mine:
The first 6:30 of the "Agnes of God" video isn't pleasant but I love the piece that starts at that point.
Another one I love is "Mirage" by Santana.
Loreena McKennitt - "The Mummer's Dance"
You Raise Me Up
Music of the Night
Somewhere Over the Rainbow
Here's one I would want everyone to know by Sandy Denny, 'Who Knows Where The Time Goes'. This is a different version than I'm familiar with.
sinead o' connor - nothing compares to you
sad but also beautiful
Wind Beneath My Wings by Bette Midler, or On My Own from Les Mis
this one is to me
were'd you go
unbrake my heart
breath
time after time
all of them just grasp my heart<3
"Weathered" by Creed
As awe-inspiring as I find it, it is also motivational as well.
That's hard. Ask me the same question tomorrow and I'm sure I'll come up with a different answer.
Off the top of my head, I'd have to say the most MOVING song is from an Elton John album entitled "Captain Fantastic & the Brown Dirt Cowboy...
..."We All Fall In Love Sometime/Curtains"

I don't know if anyone's mentioned this one yet, but I love 'Into the West' by Annie Lennox. It brings tears to my eyes whenever I hear it. It was on Lord of the Rings, but I didn't know that when I first heard it. It's the most beautiful song I can think of...

Love Story by Taylor Swift.
The most beautiful song (if music without lyrics counts as a song) is unquestionably J.S. Bach's "Air on a G String." No, this is not an anthem for strippers - it is a part of Bach's "Suite Number 3 in D Major," itself a work of nearly unparalled beauty and perfection.
"Air on a G String" is only about seven minutes long. But it veritably defines the phrase "haunting melody." I defy anyone to listen in quiet to a version of the piece recorded after 1964 ** or so, and not be carried away upon your own deeply personal visualizations and emotions which will open new parts of you, and will grow more powerful, forever.
(** Oddly enough, Bach's original version of "Air on a G String" was not as appealing, or as univerally loved, as later versions, which did nothing more than slow down his original tempo.) PLEASE, ENJOY!
There are so many beautiful songs. It is impossible to pick just one. I came across this one, about an hour ago.
No One Else by Amel Larrieaux
*Babylon* - David Gray
There's a lady who's sure all that glitters i gold and she's buying a stairway to heaven
most of you recognise the first lyrics of the best song of the best band (led zeppelin) the world has ever known

It's depressing, beautiful, and reflecting.
