That sounds really gross, though if you mean that the veins are merely very visible and stick out a little, it is probably because they work out and the veins are used to pump more blood with workouts. A lot of guys have big veins on their arms for they work out a lot.

im 13 and i have about 9 or 10 veins showing :P it depends on alot of things to show (do you work out, bodyweight, are you veins close to your skin, ect....) mine started showing right when easter vacation started. alot of girls like seeing the veins {no idea why <.<} some people think their nasty but other like it (personly i just ignore them.
