Help answer this question below.

Sometimes like in my arms or legs or hands or back or neck it feels like there stiff and they hurt i guess is how u can describe it and i feel like i have to move around to get rid of it i dont know wat it means but if anyone can help id apprecitate it.

lol somehow i dont think so course i dont know what it means which is why i asked but i dont think it means that =)
