You don't have to, its your wedding, but unless you want comments like " She Invited them, whats wrong with our Frank then ? " etc. It might not be a bad idea :-)

No! Just invite anyone you want! You know, it is YOUR wedding ! Just invite the closest children. It's YOUR special day! Don't worry too much about this. You have more important things to worry about! :)

You can invite, whoever you choose, but do be warned, you will be talked about. In my opinion, either invite all or none, unless they happen to be in the wedding party, then that would be acceptable.
