  • You cannot *know*. I have a friend who only discovered her gay side when she was over 30 - and I don't think that is unusual. But does it matter? Be what you are - if you feel straight, act straight. If your mind/body ever tells you otherwise, listen to it. But if you spend your life wondering what you *might* be, you'll never get anywhere. Marry who you *want* to nmarry (and who wants to marry you). Mutual love and respect has far more importance than the ins and outs of sex.
  • Important that you decide what what you want to do, not the guy who wants to stick his #*!& in you. Or the girl that is laying there with her legs open.
  • I would stay you are just worried, and a bit confused. IF you are female and not attracted to other females, good chance you are straight.
  • If you don't know, be wise & prudent--and both gays and lesbians have much shorter life-spans than straight people. You can do Internet research; there are many statistical studies showing that gays & lesbians lose many years off their lives.
  • you will know when the time comes. it's what you feel like in your heart.
  • You can tell when you're ready to be dating. You are the only one who knows who you are and are not attracted to. As of now I'm pretty sure you have better things to worry about. Don't stress yourself. When it's truly important that you know, you'll know. I thought I was straight until I was eighteen. I'm not, but it wasn't a major issue for me and now the only difference is that I have twice as much of a dating pool. ^_^ Stay relaxed, you'll be fine.
