  • No I would not. But that has more to do with the invasive climate in the U.S. today. Nothing is personal or private. Every little thing in a person's life is sought out and revealed and/or attacked, even when there is no true relevance - looked at honestly - to the election process. There certainly have been dirty campaigns in the past - Blaine/Cleveland, Wm. Henry Harrison/Van Buren and Adams/Jefferson had their share - but in most cases there was some sense of civility based limits which does not exist today (Imagine Kennedy running today with his medical problems being leaked and disected). I would not wish to have every irrelevant aspect of my life become the focus of news sound bytes.
  • I wouldn't want to run for President of the USA full stop.
