You can say anything you want in your will, but that doesn't make it useful, or even legal. The purpose of an executor is to "take charge" -- if you have two equal executors -- who's in charge? Who will decide about differences that arise between the equal partners? How will tasks be assigned? Few businesses run this way -- I don't think an estate should be run this way either.
