If you're referring to an unsolicited email you may have received from them, then yes, there have been reports of such an email scam. I can't find any evidence of a real firm by that name, but that could just mean that they don't have a website. In order to conduct a proper investigation as to whether the firm actually exists, I would need to know where they are supposedly located.
Landlord has not paid $6000 judgement awarded 10 months ago. He has recently sold my equipment. What recourse can I take to get my money?
