You can decline an invitation it if you want, even if you get to keep the invitation ;)
Drink it, and that doesn't mean you have to talk to him, you didn't ask for it. Yeah thats a bit rude but who cares, you don't owe him your company for a cheap drink.
How come the price of alcohol at a bar is 5 times or more higher than the same thing bought at a supermarket?
