Nah, obviously it's the part about him being on your property without consent, not that he's drunk.
Obviously, because I put 'clearly' in capital letters, to emphasise the 'ask him to leave' bit.
well, he said "and does not because he's too intoxicated to do so himself". A gun doesn't help you then. And even if he weren't, shooting him would just be plain stupid in my oppinion..
But I expect that his drunkeness isn't to the point of paralysis because he is asking him to get off the proerty in the first place.
