UK law, you have the right to ask them to leave, and the right to use 'reasonable force' if they refuse to do so, you also have the right to call the police and ask them to assist you with the removal of the person from your property.
You do have the "right" to do so. It's your property.
If you are in America, you can ask him to leave three times CLEARLY, and if he doesn't, you can legally shoot him out of self-defense.
That should shoo him.
Um, yeah. If he commits a crime or hurts himself, you're looking and a hassle. Get him to leave.
