  • Not unless they change the benefits, which are currently available at both our employers without marriage. But should the same-gender marriage rights survive the November bigoted ballot initiative, I see this in the near future - that to have "spousal benefits" you need to be legally married, no married what the gender makeup of the couple is. Besides, I haven't been asked yet. :o) [Oh, and in a question from last week - SF Pride is the 29th, not the 22nd. My mistake.]
