What is the law concerning nude photography of legal, consenting, adults?

    Well, if you are consenting adults, there is no federal law to my knowledge that prohibits you producing pornography. There may be local statutes that you need to be aware of if you are going to be creating pictures of certain "obscene" acts. I say this because some districts in some states have laws against consensual sodomy and such that the pictures could be used as evidence of.
