The question really doesn't make sense. Rehydration and spicy food have nothing in common; if you need to rehydrate, then water or some random sports drink or whatever will work well (thought he sports drinks claims are often not really truthful). If you want to squelch the spice, then water is a bad idea. You need some dairy product. Milk, Ice cream, or the like.
