Chloroform!!
-
you can't get chloroform over the counter in the UK
-
It's probably cocodamol or ibruprofen.

Last time I checked, it was Paramol. Paaramol is similar to cocodamol 8/500, but stronger; paramol contains dihydrocodeine and paracetamol, wheras cocodamol just contains codeine and paracetamol. Dihydrocodeine is generally considered to be roughly twice as potent/strong as cocodamol. It'd be best to check with your pharmacist though, just to make sure there isn't anything else you can take that's stronger. And LF; perhaps I'm putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5, but if this is for the same reason you don't want to bother your doctor (if that was why you asked), or want to know how many ibuprofen it's safe to take in one go, I really would just go to the doc's!

Cuprofen are the strongest you can get over the counter pain killer 200mg of ibuprofen and 12.8mg of codine thats the most you will get without proscription
-
Solpadeine MAX, 12.8mg codeine/500mg paracetamol, is the king. Safer to use than Cuprofen or Panadol ultra, also more effective than Paramol-aka CO-Drydomol
