just dont answer the phone for them anymore silly..lol and if you do answer the second you hear that it is them hang up and dont even bother. because you getting all mad is exactly what they want from you.

Thus, if it is legal to record the conversation with only one party's consent and it is being done with the intent of creating online content, it may not be harassment in your statement. However, my advice is this: call the police non emergency line and tell them what is going on. They will tell you if they think it is criminal in your jurisdiction, and what to do about it.
