Help answer this question below.

A friend of mine thought he was divorced from his first wife and married a woman in AZ, he just found out that he wasn't, now he is engaged to another friend of mine, and he is trying to get legally divorced from both exes, how can he go about this?

How does anything "think" they're divorced and not know? Sounds like your friend is a soap opera actor, because that's pretty far-fetched.

His second marriage isn't valid as he was never divorced from the first. He needs an attorney. The second ex could really make trouble for the illegal marriage.

If he filed for divorce with both ex-wives, he is probably divorced. He just needs to go to the courthouse and pick up the paperwork.
