    YOU WILL NEED TO SIGNED THE FOLLOWING:

    HUD 1(CLOSING STATEMENT) SOME STATES REQUIRED THIS FORM TO BE NOTORIZED

    GRANT DEED(givin title to the new owners) also needs to be notorized

    you will be guaranteeing that the house is free of any liens other that your present if any mortgage being pay off out of sale. this guarantee to buyers is given to them via TITLE POLICY,

    taxes on property will be prorated to the date of sale

    soo, your closing cost will be notary fees,title policy,property taxes to the date you sale..and misc copies fees,fed ex fees,and faxes if any.
