I have discovered that there is a lot of information about how to start a repo business on the internet. You can also scroll down to the bottom of this page and click on "How to articles"then type How to start a repo business in the search box. I found two good entries there.

i have searched da web checked how to start a repo business ,searching for 3.5hrs straight ,have not found THE NAME of even one school or course!wiki answers came up with "there are nine schools that offer this course in florida" BUT STILL NO NAMES!

I am the owner of Midnight Express Recovery Service, Inc. located in Denver, Colorado. We are getting ready to start a 2 week, full certification class in Denver, Colorado. Subjects taught will be legal do's and don'ts, general towing, how to get clients, working with major clients, insurance requirements, skip tracing, GPS systems, case management, computer systems, and virtually ALL aspects of becoming a repossession agent or starting your own repossession business. The classes will be taught by experienced veterans of the repossession industry in a new and modern classroom environment and will also include practical field training.
