It is not that they are not allowed, it is merely "not a good idea" to have your FIRST child after the age of 30. The statistics show that a womans body never having a child before the age of 30 has an adverse effect on her and the baby. The woman has more complications and can also produce a child with alot of "physical and mental problems".
However, a woman that has one baby or more before the age of 30 is fine to have children well after 30.
