@greeneye: You are totally correct, but still... anything to make the product sound more appealing. If it sounds good, you'll want to buy it. I work in marketing BTW, just my viewpoint on the whole thing. :)

As long as you're in an industry that you can genuinely get behind, it's fascinating and fun. If you're just doing it for a paycheck (like me, currently), you're going to have to resign yourself to the fact that you're basically a corporate whore pushing products that may or may not be that great.
