I hurt myself stretching i was doing a deap stradle and then i slowly bent over. I heard to pops and then my leg felt like i had popped my shoulder out mixed with a cramp. (i warmed up before and got out of the stretch slowly.what happend?

Meh, sometimes it just happens. I pulled a muscle in my back last week weight lifting and I stretched for like 20 minutes straight. Not much you can do about it except just let yourself heal and try again.
