My favourite word is 'obfuscation', although that might be just hiding my real answer. It's so handy when discussing politicians.
-
"Janice". (My wife's name)
-
It used to be PLETHORA, but way too many people (a plethora of people) are using that one now...kinda getting worn out. My new favorite word is PENULTIMATE. I see a pattern here....ptrask prefers p-words! By the way...what's yours?
-
My favorite is bumble. It is fun to say. Bumble bumble bumble!
-
Absolutely is my favorite word.
-
I like lots of different words for different reasons. I couldn't pick just one! ptrask said my ultimate favourite for me, I love 'plethora'. I don't care if a 'plethora' of people like it. It's a cool word. I like onomatopoeia too. I like that word because of the way it's spelt, as opposed to how it sounds. I like the word 'yes', because it generally has a great meaning. I like 'banana' for the repetition of letters. The 'a's and the 'n's are great.
-
Fruit said in a scottish accent. I'd marry any man who can say it right! Also I ove Daper, Debonaire and Swish
-
S M I L E......it makes a statement, all its own

The words ridiculous and preposterous come to mind. I also like all the slang words for positive things we used to have but now it is no longer in vogue to refer to anything positively. People used to say: 'swell', 'neato', 'cool', 'nifty', 'keen', 'far out', 'dandy', 'groovy', 'right on', 'hip' etc., etc. When something is 'OK' now they say it is 'the S**t'
-
subdural hematoma... yes absolutely
-
Innuendo. It rolls of the tongue so gracefully, and it implies so much. Your mouth does an artful dance to say it, as artful as the dance your mind has to do to wrap itself around it.
-
-Antidisestablishmentarianism Not like I ever get a chance to use *that* word. Some words that I like to use as slang now (I wasn't around when they were fresh.. haha) -Mondo -Stellar -Chill (like... "That's chill") -Rad -Neat-o (NoWayJose mentioned a couple of the other words I use also) ...yeah, and I actually do use those words... shoot me, I know you wanna. haha. Some randoms: Macchiato (Mmmm... delicious starbucks beverage.) Surreptitious Ennui ...and a scandalous one: "Niggardly"... it means stingy, begrudging, etc... But say it in a sentence to someone who doesn't know and watch the expression... lol.
