I saw Tommy Lasorda on TMZ last night. He looks like of chubby. When he lost all that weight from Slim-Fast, he said he was never going to be fat again. What happened?

Slim fast is pretty much a starvation diet. Any time you do a fad diet like this, you can guarantee you will not only regain the weight you lost, but you will also gain more weight because your body will try to "prepare" for the next starvation phase, meaning you will gain weight more easily.

Simple. Folks who use such fad diets learn nothing about eating great food and eating healthy. dane.grey is right. Slim-Fast is too low in calories to really make a long term difference in weight loss.
