Impossible. We don't have that here. We live out in the country, 5 miles from a very small village and 30 miles at least from a city.

No. For many reasons, the least of all the fact that there is no viable public transport that could satisfy my needs.

You would have to do so! They would have to create mass transit even out to the sticks!
