  • Somethings that have worked for me - first, make sure you change your pillowcases at least once a week. Make sure hair is washed at least once a week. Abstain from Coke. Limit coffee and tea to one cup a day or less. Take Vit. A , 25,000 units a day for one month. The first recipe is good. Or eat carrots, sweet potatoes, and other beta-carotene foods. Don't rest your hands on your face. Its best to also eat well. Plenty of vegetables, limit potato chips and french fries. Last, wash your face morning and before you go to bed.
