No, you enforce the balk. Under OBR (professional rules), a balk is a delayed dead ball. If a balk is followed by a pitch and the batter and all runners advance at least one base you ignore the balk. If not, the ball is dead and you enforce the balk. (There is no option to select the balk or the play. You either enforce the balk or you ignore it based on the results of the play.) In your play, the batter and the runner did not advance as a result of the pitch. You kill the play, advance the runner on second to third base and the batter remains at bat with a 3-2 count. Under NFHS (high school) rules, the ball is dead immediately when the balk occurs. You enforce the balk regardless of what happens as a result of any pitch that follows the balk.
