I have laptop dell inspiron5150 with svedio conection but when I connect to tv no picture coming to tv screen , please help me. thanks.

Sometimes you have to enable the s-video out mode. On my laptop, by hitting [Function] + [F4] it changes the display mode. Try to find a similar button on your laptop and then press it a few times until it works. If that doesn't work, then consult your owner's manual.
