  • If this is to set up an Email program such as outlook, you need the addresses of the servers for that program to communicate with each. Without them , you would be unable to see your incomming or send your outgoing mail, using that account. I'm assuming here, that you're trying to set up your email program to connect to your ISP's mail account. Most, but not all, have this information avaliable on their "setting up" or "help" area of their website. You might also find it listed in their FAQ guide. Failing all that (sometimes that info is buried or tucked away in a little corner), you can always contact your ISP's support centre by phone and get the server names and addresses that way. I'm afraid I can't go much further here, as you didn't mention what E mail program you are setting up. When you get the info on the mail servers, you'll have to input it into that mail client. When you start up the mail program (client), for most, look under tools / accounts/ create new/ mail, or something similar and input the servers in there.
