After having sex, I tighten to the point that it seems like I haven't had sex in a very long time- why is that and is there any way of making me not tighten up so much?

What you are describing appears to be Vaginisimus.
There are many possible causes of vaginismus.

Physical factors include a painful vagina which * Pain in the vagina, which leads to fears of this pain at the next love play and to the woman tightening her pelvic floor muscles. Fear of pregnancy or an aversion to the person you are having sex with might also cause this.

Other factors are psychological such as feelings of guilt from religous or social taboos. Sometimes even past experiences in youth such as abuse may cause this to happen.

Make sure you foreplay is long enough so that you are relaxed and not feeling sexually negative about the experience.

You might have to dig deep into your own feelings and decide if there are any problems you might have with sex in general which might cause this. You would be well advised to chat this over with your doctor who can advise you of the best way to tackle this problem.
