    I make nice twice-baked goats cheese soufles. Little individual ones. Fabulous.
    Also - aubergine caviar and onion tarts.

    while working some nice restaurants I've learned how to make a couple nice salads. I do a traditional ceasar and gorgonzola walnut salad. I make them mostly in the summer when company comes over. Actually I make the ceasar whenever need something garlicky.

    The dish that I enjoy preparing, also the only one that I know how to prepare without a microwave, is cold cereal. I make it all the time, but for special occasions, I will add a bit of sugar to sweeten it.

    Thunder Thighs. It's meaty chicken thighs, wrapped in bacon, with a heavy coating that you fry in lard. YUMMERS!!!!!!
